About Amelia

I'd describe my personality as caring, charismatic, and personable. I like working with kids because I love making a positive impact on their lives! I'm looking for a job that can be flexible with a dance teacher schedule when necessary! Along with taking care of your children, I am happy to help with pick-ups/drop offs, run errands and grocery shopping, light meal prepping, and organizing. I started working with kids when I was in high school, and growing up with many younger cousins, and now almost 2-year-old niece! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, take a dance/pilates/yoga class, cooking/baking, watch movies, and hanging out with my chocolate lab. One thing you should know about me is I graduated with a BS in Psychology, now currently exploring grad school options. My skills include teaching how to be kind to others and yourself, instilling manners and good habits, and creating a safe, playful environment to learn and grow!
