With 32 years of hospital experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and support for physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I follow each family's preferred communication method to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections.
