I'd describe my personality as empathetic, joyful, and energetic I like working with kids because I find great pleasure in engaging with children as they spark happiness, and personal growth on a daily basis. They educate me continuously, and I take delight in witnessing their progress and evolution I'm looking for a job that I can enjoy spending time with children and learn new things everyday. I love being part of their growth and development, and each day brings something different and rewarding. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old at a daycare in Omaha for 2 years then I had to move to Lincoln for college and found a job in September at a daycare. My skills include patience and empathy, it is essential understanding children's needs and handling moments in a calm manner. Communication is also very important to me, it helps build a relationship and trust effectively. lastly is safety, being able to prevent and respond to emergencies ensures a child's well being.
