About Amy

Hi! My name is Amy, and I have been working in childcare since 2021. I have experience with children ranging from infants through kindergarten. I am CPR certified, fingerprinted, and background checked, and have completed multiple professional trainings through my work in education. I currently work as a Kindergarten Assistant at a NYC DOE school, where I support students academically, socially, and emotionally. Working in the classroom has strengthened my ability to create structure, maintain routines, and provide individualized support based on each child's unique needs. I truly believe every child is different and deserves care that helps them feel safe, understood, and supported. I value open communication and love building routines that work for both the child and the family. I am currently in school preparing for graduate studies, so I am looking for a flexible schedule. I look forward to connecting with a family who feels like the right fit for both of us!
