I am achieving my masters of science in nutrition and certified clinical nutritionist certification. I am also a very active member of a foundation and a student of the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) protocol for children and families with autism, and gut dysbiosis. I would like to teach you and your family and even children, how to properly prepare foods for your family in order to heal them from gut distress, allergies, ADHD and so much more. Traditional foods and the proper preparation of food could change you and your families life forever, as it has mine. I can make this fun and so easy. We can even make food for the week, so that lunch is taken care of for everyone, for the whole week!
