My motivation stems from a passion for supporting the most vulnerable and guiding families through those precious early moments. I'm a Certified Registered Nurse with a college degree, and I bring a patient, calm, and friendly approach to every interaction. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and always prioritize clear communication with parents, adhering to their preferred method. I am certified in CPR, Pediatric Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation. I am comfortable caring for up to 3 newborns and I am willing to assist with light housekeeping. I'm excited to bring my experience and skills to your family, creating a safe and enriching environment where your children can thrive, and I hope to become an extension of your family.
