About Amy

Compassionate care and love are at the foundation of my service. I have experience working with dogs that have had extensive medication schedules. I know what it's like to build trust with the most scared dogs that have come from traumatized conditions. I love well adjusted furkids as well. I know how important routine and schedules are and I can be counted on to do whatever you need to make your pets feel at ease. I started pet/house sitting in my 20s and have taken care of cats and all sized dogs. I have a background in Project Management, so my personality and skills lend themselves nicely to being proactive and following plans and routines. I love checklists and following plans that work best for everyone. On the other hand, I know that animals are never completely predictable and my experience working with former puppy-mill dogs has given me the flexibility and insight to look at the world through a dogs' eyes and see what I need to do to help them build trust and confidence.
