I have several years of experience as a case manager working with the chronically impaired elderly, as well as a mentor for adults with disabilities. I recently provided in-home care for over a year for an elderly woman struggling with dementia, and I am currently doing so for a couple. Activities included personal care, med administration, scheduling and attending medical appointments, errands, safety, housekeeping, companionship and cooking. I have a letter of recommendation from her daughter. I also was Nutrition Coordinator for the Senior Lunch Program in Lafayette, CO in 2015, a preschool teacher for three years, kindergarten through 5th grade literacy teacher, and I have periodically tutored students in various grades.
