We used Amy to watch our infant daughter a couple of times in our home when she was 2 months and 3 months old, and then when she was 4 months old Amy watched her full time for several weeks in her home. Amy is dependable and flexible, is easy to communicate with, and was patient with our daughter as she got used to having a new caregiver in a new environment. She also follows instructions well and knows to reach out with any questions. The only reason we are no longer using Amy as our caregiver is that we wanted someone to watch our daughter in our own home, which she was unable to do due to a prior commitment.
