About Amy

After my split focus in accounting and psychology, I quickly worked my way up to management in retail while my husband finished his MA. I stepped down from paid employment to focus on raising my three children through most of their prime developmental years. They are all teenagers now, and while they are still a focus of mine, I have really enjoyed spending time over the past several years working with seniors. Some of the areas I've helped in are companionship, dispensing medications, running errands, personal care and organization/ light-housekeeping. I also helped to develop and prepare a nutrition/eating plan to help manage symptoms of chronic illness. My past roles have included working with seniors living with pancreatic cancer and MS. I believe caring for seniors is part of doing life well. My aim is to work alongside family to provide support and create a comfortable environment.
