I hired Ana to care for my wife on weekends. I was very clear in explaining the job duties to her. She convinced me that she really wanted this job. After approximately 6 weeks she informed me that she took a job for 3 days a week and subsequently the client wanted her for the whole week. And she informed me she could no longer do the caretaking of my wife for weekends. In retrospect, I am sorry I hired her. She proved to me she was was not dependable.
