Knowing I can positively impact someone's life drew me to senior care. For the past eight years, I've been a Certified Home Health Aid, dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm professional, friendly, patient, and trustworthy. My experience includes de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Building trust and mutual respect is important. I practice active listening, maintain clear communication, and demonstrate empathy. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I speak both English and Spanish.
