Hi Families! I'm so happy to introduce myself - my name is Ana, but you can call me Carol! I'm 30 years old and currently a psychology student with a focus on child and adolescent development. I'm deeply passionate about early childhood education and positive discipline, and I bring that passion into every aspect of my work. I've spent the past 7 years working as a professional nanny, and it has truly become a meaningful career for me - one built on trust, love, and wonderful long-term relationships with the families I've supported. I'm now looking for my next great fit! I'm seeking a full-time position (40+ hours/week) and I'm also available for evenings and weekend date nights. I'm happy to drive children (using either the family's car or my own with a mileage stipend), and I also love to cook - especially as a proud Brazilian, where the kitchen is definitely my happy place!
