Hello families, I am compassionate childcare professional with a certificate in Postpartum Doula through CAPPA, with a strong knowledge base in postpartum recovery, newborn care, and family adjustment. Deeply committed to supporting parents during the transformative postpartum period by creating calm, nurturing environments and offering evidence-based, emotional, and practical support. Passionate about empowering families with confidence, rest, and care as they transition into life with a new baby. I am starting my journey to become a sleep consultant and with that be able to offer guidance and support for families with infants and toddlers, developing safe and gentle sleep strategies, and empowering parents with the knowledge to create a restorative sleep environment for their little ones.
