Currently looking from September to November, and after February due to taking maternity leave! 10 years of experience as a nanny (au pair, live-in nanny, live-out nanny), with the last 5 being mostly in a tutoring role. Third year as a lower elementary math teacher at a private academy, and 3 years as a tutor for a private family. 1 year working as a para educator for the special education department at the Bellevue school district. I have degrees in Math Education, Early Childhood Education, and Meteorology with classroom experience with ages 5 to 9 years old. I can provide tutoring from Kindergarten to Algebra 1. I have experience with children with ADHD and Autism. I also teach organizational, and time management skills for students. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, and comfortable teaching in both languages.
