Ana has been helping to care for my 90+ year old mom and her dog, Heidi since June 2023. Mom has moderate dementia, an ostomy bag, uses a walker and needs 24/7 care. Ana works the overnight shift; she helps Mom get to bed, gets up with her at night if needed, bathes and washes her hair in the morning, keeps the ostomy bag emptied and takes care of Heidi. In addition, Ana does anything needed to keep the house spotlessly clean and the laundry up to date. Ana also makes Mom breakfast in the morning and never leaves without a hug and a kiss for Mom. Ana is an extremely hard worker, completely dependable, very conscientious and takes initiative to do things she finds need doing. Ana does all of this with such love for Mom and Heidi, we feel blessed to have had Ana an integral part of our caregiving team. I feel completely confident that Ana is an invaluable, reliable and loving caregiver.
