About Anastasia

I have hands-on experience providing compassionate senior care, including medication management and daily living support. I helped care for both of my grandparents, one of whom had dementia and diabetes, so I understand the patience, consistency, and attentiveness required when supporting memory loss and chronic health conditions. My experience includes medication reminders and organization, monitoring blood sugar, assisting with meals, companionship, and helping maintain routines that promote safety and dignity. I approach caregiving with empathy, reliability, and respect, and I truly value building meaningful connections with the individuals and families I serve
