Making a real difference in someone's life is what I strive for. With over 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence. My goal is to provide compassionate care and be a reliable resource for families. I offer respite care, transportation, help with errands and shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with dementia care, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I provide verbal updates or regular texts/calls, always following the family's preferred method of communication. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect with people on a personal level. I have some college education, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
