About Andie

Hello! My name is Andie and I am going into my junior year at the University of Delaware where I am majoring in Secondary Math Education, with the intent of graduating and becoming a high school math teacher. As I have always been interested in the field, throughout high school as well as college, I have gained hands on experience working with students of varying ages and abilities. For instance, my senior year of high school I student taught a 2nd grade class, and last semester of college I had a field placement in a middle school math classroom. I have also taken courses in special education and child development. I am looking for any experience where I can walk along side of students and meet them where they are at, and help them stay on track and even push forward in their course work! I have a passion for seeing students truly comprehend material, and I will be very patient with them until we can get there! Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
