About Andrea

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, motivated, and curious. I like caring for seniors because everyone needs to feel cared for, have help sometimes, and to have a sense of being part of a community. I'm looking for a job that enables me to help people and sees my empathy, capacity to see the big picture, and integrity as assets. I started caring for seniors when I was blessed to have both sets of grandparents and a great-grandmother as influences growing up. Then, 3 years ago, I worked my favorite job at an ALF/retirement community. In my spare time, I like to write, sing, take photographs. One thing you should know about me is I bring adaptive problem solving skills to each situation. My skills include active listening, empathy, and creative thinking.
