I am currently looking for a part-time or full-time childcare position starting in May. Ideally, I'm seeking 30-35 guaranteed hours per week, preferably M-Th. For the right family and fit, I am open to a FT schedule (40-45 h, M-F). I value consistency, clear communication, and building a long-term, trusting relationship with the family I work with. I am a kind, responsible, and loving nanny with a lot of patience who truly enjoys spending time with children. I respect each family's chosen parenting and education style and strive to support and blend into each household's unique needs. I am attentive to and respectful of the developmental stages of all ages. My responsibilities have varied based on the child's age and family needs. I have experience supporting children through transitions such as sleep training, potty training, pacifier weaning, and food introduction.
