About Andrea

I'm a MA Communication studies online student for San Jose State University, currently working on health interpersonal research, looking for a family to support while I complete my degree. I have tons of varied life experience from which 5 years have been around childcare and education. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles motivated me to pursue this path, and I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. I am patient, creative, and approachable. My approach to childcare brings multiple schools of thought such as Gestalt and Montessori. I make sure children feel seen and active part of their construction of reality as well as they learn to coexist respecting and loving everyone around them. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience with neurodivergent children. I speak Spanish, some French and can understand Italian.
