About Andrea

I've had several caregiving experiences over the past few years, including providing weekly care for a young family in the Holland area throughout my undergraduate studies. One of the most meaningful experiences was volunteering with YoungLives, a faith-based organization that supports teen mothers. During a week-long camp, I served as a childcare volunteer, caring for infants aged 3 to 7 months while their mothers had time to rest, reflect, and participate in programming. I was responsible for the children all day, every day-a role that deepened my practical caregiving skills and nurtured a lasting love for working with children.
