5 Stars – An Angel Named Andrea Andrea was truly a godsend for our family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. She cared for my 96-year-old mother-in-law with such compassion, dignity, and warmth that it felt like she had become a part of our family. From the very beginning, Andrea brought a calming presence into our home. Her professionalism was matched only by her kindness and genuine empathy. She took the time to learn about my mother-in-law’s unique needs, personality, and preferences, and it showed in everything she did—from the gentle way she spoke to her, to the way she anticipated her needs without ever having to be asked. Andrea went above and beyond every single day. She provided not only expert physical care but emotional support to both my mother-in-law and the rest of us. She was always patient, attentive, and respectful, creating an atmosphere of peace and comfort during such a delicate time. Her presence gave us the reassurance we needed to focus on simply being with our loved one.
