About Andrea

Hello! I'm an experienced geriatric caregiver excited to work with you soon! I was drawn to senior care after taking care of my grandma in the months before she passed. She had specific dietary restrictions so I was responsible for cooking her meals, doing housework, and providing emotional support. I subsequently found a job with a dementia home care agency where I worked for about one and a half years. During that time I became a registered home care aid and regularly worked 12 hour shifts. I am compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care. I am deeply experienced in assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, feeding, preparing meals, housework, and deescalation techniques. Feel free to ask me about my skills! I do well in a variety of environments with previous experience working as an EMT in hospitals.
