About Aneka

Growing up an older child I always took on the responsibility to help care for my younger siblings. When they were younger (0-8yrs) I always made sure that they were able to do enriching activities. When they were in school I always tried to help them with their homework to the best of my ability given the fact that I was young myself. At family gatherings I was always the kid that wanted to be around the newborns and toddlers because I loved to see them laugh and play. Given that statement me family also trusted me with being able to take care of my cousins when my aunts and uncles wanted to go on date nights or out with friends for a couple hours. The oldest children I have worked with was 13 and it was safe to say that things went smoothly. Although I was nervous with handling someone so close to my age I feel as though it was better because I had a better understand to their thought process and was able to communicate with them better. I am willing to start immediately if needed.
