My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, combined with 10 years of experience in senior care roles, has shaped my approach. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with current CPR and First Aid Training. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I earned a high school degree. I speak English and Spanish.
