I've been helping families improve their quality of life for 25+ yrs, with meal prep, exercise, PT for strength/balance, specifically working with seniors for last 10 yrs. Many have had dementia. I can help with medicine prompting, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, grocery shopping, organization. I'll provide companionship and social interaction that seniors often miss, and care for your loved one like my own family. Many positions have been live-ins. I've lived locally since 1998, never smoked, have a clean driving record, and a reliable 2024 vehicle. I have college degrees, was CPR certified and background checked due to work with my church youth groups. My goal is to provide whatever help is needed, to maintain their independence, and to give you the peace of mind in knowing they are receiving the best care possible.
