About Angie

Hi I'm Angie! I can bring the skills I've learned through senior caregiving to branch out from my current job. I've worked for the past 3 years through an agency for senior care, and some skills that will carry over nicely to childcare include working with dementia patients, who have taught me the art of constant but covert monitoring and entertainment for their benefit and distraction. I employ games and puzzles with my clients, we do art, and come up with fun ideas to spend the time like writing and decorating postcards, taking walks, dancing to music, and listening to stories. I also grew up with 5 siblings, and am excited to meet your family and see how I can help through babysitting!
