I provided a detailed list of tasks to be completed, but several key areas were missed. The living room wasn’t dusted, the microwave was left untouched, and the hallway was skipped entirely. Additionally, the laundry wasn’t done as requested. While some cleaning was done and Anna did nice job on that part, it fell short of expectations based on the clear instructions I had provided and how much money we paid for our apartment.
