I've always loved animals and started bringing home strays as a young child. I've had many species of pets over my life and am happy to learn care needs of any I'm not familiar with. I've been pet sitting/dog walking on and off since I was a teenager. I used to co-run an animal rescue and specialized in fostering anxious/medically needy/hospice animals myself. I have been a vet tech and am comfortable working with a wide array of health conditions including daily medications, giving injections, cleaning rolls on wrinkly dogs, skin care routines on hairless pets, and dietary prep or restrictions. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes, have experience with dogs up to 180 lbs, and "aggressive breeds"... such as chows, shepherds, akitas, and LGDs, as well as high energy breeds like huskies and border collies.
