I've been a senior caregiver and Home Health Aide for 15 years and going and I love what I do. I enjoy mostly seeing my patients happy and also helping them to be independent. I've dealt with many sicknesses such as; Dementia, Alzheimer's, Diabetes, CVA, Cancer, etc. I have experience with; incontinent care, patients who take multiple medications (I help as a reminder or administer), feeding, wheelchair bound, speech impairment and vision impairment. I can cook, I do light housekeeping and also help with laundry. I've accompanied patients to their doctors appointment, ran errands for my patients and just be there for them on whole. I also have experience with bed ridden patients, non-ambulatory that uses an hoyer lift. I have quite a lot of experience.
