I have been a Volunteer Coordinator for 15 years in the hospice industry. Working in hospice has been a very rewarding experience. In my position as Hospice Volunteer Coordinator I was responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising hospice volunteers. The best part off my job was meeting our patients, their families and providing companion care for our patients and support to their family members. My husband and I were fortunate to have my lovely mother in law live with us for a year and half providing her with companionship, walks, meals , medication reminders, shopping to name a few. In addition, I am married for 40 years, have 2 grown children in CA and NV. Sadly, no grandkids. I look look forward to using my skills and experiences to provide companionship care to families in our new community. Thank you, Anne
