About Anneliese

I bring over two decades of hands-on support for adults with disabilities, including hospital-based service during my time in the Navy--where I assisted with senior care, ICU, and med-surg units. I hold a M. Ed. and am a Board Certified/Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA), with extensive training in collaborative care planning, crisis de-escalation, and supporting individuals through behavioral and emotional challenges. My approach centers on trust, adaptability, and honoring each person's autonomy. I offer companionship, errands, light housekeeping, and meal prep, tailored to the individual and family's communication style. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I bring warmth, professionalism, and deep respect for lived experience. My goal is to provide thoughtful, reliable care that supports both the recipient and their loved ones.
