I'd describe my personality as I am dependable, knowledgeable in caring for seniors, consistent, hard-working, and caring. I like caring for seniors because , it is opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives and gives me a personal fulfillment that comes from providing companionship and support in times of need . I'm looking for a job that has consistency somewhere that I can be for a while . A positive environment. Good pay. I started caring for seniors 20 years ago I also take care of my mother who has dementia. I cared for my father before he passed away. I've worked in several nursing homes. I've also done home care I currently work at an independent living in Pittsford called the Cloverwood senior living where I pass medication My skills include effective communication, strong decision-making , Good people skills , Empathy , great at problem solving .
