About Annika

I have been working with kids for more than a decade. Whether it it's babysitting, nannying, directing or teaching, I've done it. I worked as a kindergarten teacher for a year at the Seattle Waldorf School. With that job, along with having been a Waldorf Lifer myself- or Waldork- I have discovered how important play and Creativity is for the young mind. As a caregiver, I will encourage children to explore the world through play and experience while giving them the necessary boundaries for safety and appropriate behavior. I have been babysitting since I was 11- almost 12. I have experience with infants to seniors in high school and enjoy working with any age group.
