About Ann

Hey there! I am a mom of a 3-year-old daughter myself. Even though they have very different needs, I love taking care of infants and toddlers alike. The first 3 years of life represent one of the most vulnerable and most impactful stages of life. During these early years the foundations of attachment, emotional regulation and long-term mental health are established, making developmentally attuned care critical. This is something I'm passionate about and put into practice with my daughter as well as other infants and children I've cared for. I like working with kids because they will tell you exactly what they're thinking! They're honest to a fault and I love that. My skills include authoritative (aka gentle, NOT authoritarian) parenting, toddler negotiations, attachment and developmental knowledge.
