Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. My three years as a Certified Home Health Aide have been incredibly rewarding. I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I strive to be patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. Earning your trust is my priority when building a connection with those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I keep families informed with daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication methods.
