Making a positive difference in people's lives is truly my calling. For the past 10 years, I have devoted myself to supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. I hold a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics, am a certified yoga instructor, and am CPR certified, allowing me to provide care that is both nurturing and safety-focused. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable, qualities that help me build genuine connections with those I care for. I always take the time to understand each individual's preferences, routines, and personal history. I am experienced in adapting to changing needs, de-escalating stressful situations, and supporting individuals experiencing confusion. I assist with transportation, errands, preparing nutritious meals, and light housekeeping. I am excited to use my skills, experience, and compassionate nature to bring comfort, confidence, and peace of mind to you and your family.
