I am a wife and mother of 3 adult children. I was a teacher for many years until we moved to Indiana 3 years ago. I do have experience dealing with aging parents, and my father passed two years ago from dementia. I supported my mother as she cared for him to the best of her ability. They lived with me for half the year for over 15 years, my mother still does. I am available for support, companionship, doctor's appts, or just to get out and about in the great big world. I have a great deal of patience and understanding for our aging community. I believe I can benefit from their friendship even more than they can from mine. Reach out if you want, I'd love to talk. I do still work as an Assistive Technology Trainer for persons with disabilities on a part time basis, and I control my own schedule. I am looking to work more and get out and about.
