Arcelia is a very carrying and loving person. I've seen how she care for her patients. With so much respect. She took care of my 87 year old father until his last day and she was an angel. Was so gentle and kind. Always had a sweet answer for him even though he asked her the same question over and over. I've known her for years and seen how she goes out of her way and will take her patients site seeing, for an ice cream, and just takes her time to listen to them. You're love one with be in the best hands ever.
