Hello! I'm Ari , an experienced in-home nanny with a B. S. in Psychology (child development, nutrition, and behavior) and CPR/First Aid certification. I provide a calm, clean, development-focused environment where children feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is rooted in Social-Emotional Learning and Montessori-inspired practices. I help children build independence, empathy, confidence, and emotional regulation through hands-on exploration, meaningful play, and respectful communication. I do not use punishment-based discipline; I guide behavior through connection, modeling, and emotional coaching. Children in my care enjoy a dedicated playroom, outdoor time, music, art, sensory activities, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
