I hired Arika to care for my sister. My sister was suffering from brain cancer and, because of her cancer, was paralyzed on her entire left side and could be difficult to transfer. Arika was punctual, worked extra hours when asked and managed my sister's care very well. She spent time actually talking with my sister which I appreciated greatly. But, more than anything, Arika proved herself calm and helpful in an emergency. I was in the midst of a crisis with my sister when Arika arrived for her shift one morning. Her experience and sense of urgency helped me to make appropriate decisions to get my sister the help she needed in a very stressful situation. For that, I will always be thankful.
