About Ash

I'd describe my personality as insightful, thoughtful, and personable. I like working with animals because they require intention to understand them. They didn't ask to be owned, so we owe our pets the world while in our care! My skills include training, play, and patience. I'm used to needing to entertain and accommodate up to 50 dogs at a time, so I'm the best play cousin to your pets. I look for jobs that have tangible, satisfying outcomes that sit well in the soul. Building community through building and honoring trust. We had pets growing up, and I eventually became a dog handler at a local doggy daycare. I have about 4 years of care experience, and K-9 training skills, enough to make it through daily work with dogs of all ages, needs, and abilities. In my spare time, I like to read, cook a new recepie, listen to music and podcasts, forage and soak up nature. I'm fond of the beauty the PNW has to offer!
