Ashlee came to my home and agreed to work, but twice had excuses why she couldn’t make it even after confirming the day before,  then would not return my texts. So I have no idea if she does good work or not.

I wasted several days going back and forth with Ashlee answering her questions, and when I was ready to book a cleaning appointment, she basically quit responding without any explanation. Not a great business practice. Now I am back to square one.

Communication with Ashlee was very easy from the first message through re-booking. She was punctual and professional. She came to our house and gave us a free estimate and we ended up hiring her for routine cleaning. Ashlee cleaned our house to a professional level and me and my family were extremely happy with the outcome. Her prices are more than fair and we would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Ashlee is a wonderful house cleaner! She has come bi-weekly for almost 3 years now and does an exceptional job! My grandmother hired her as well and loves when she comes! She has taken extra precautions during the pandemic. I don't know what I would do without her!!

Interviewed her. Said she would get back to me later with what her fee would be and later said she couldn't do it. Wasted our time. In addition, she was late to the interview.
