I have years of experience as a private nanny in addition to two years of experience working as a Montessori teacher specializing in early childhood. Growing up, I experienced firsthand the importance of reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate childcare as I witnessed my mom run a very successful, licensed in-home daycare. Ashleigh was extremely rude in her response to my message for asking for a simple response after ignoring a nice message. We pay money to hire people and when they simply ignore you when you ask if they are available then people like me end my subscription and everyone hurts. She ignored my response to asking if she is available or interested in babysitting so I said a reply would be nice. If anyone here saw her response after that to me, you would certainly question hiring her for anything. I do not recommend Ashleigh based on her response to me and lack there of response.
