About Ashleigh

Hello! My name is Ashleigh, and I am a dedicated caregiver with a background in child development and education. I recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology with a minor in Social Work, and I've spent the past 4 years tutoring children in reading, writing, science, etc. In addition to tutoring, I have hands-on experience working with neurodiverse children, including those with ADHD and Autism, I will bring patience and adaptability to any family I work with. During the pandemic, I briefly worked as a CNA, which gave me valuable medical skills and reinforced my commitment to safety and care. I'm bilingual at a basic level in Spanish, and comfortable using translation tools to support families from diverse backgrounds. Along with childcare, I'm happy to help with light cooking, cleaning, and am open to night-nannying with advance notice.
