Hi! I'm Ashlen-a natural caregiver with over a decade of medical experience as a phlebotomist, now pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse. I helped raise my nephew, potty-training him and teaching him his first words, and I've always found deep fulfillment in caring for others. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and calm under pressure, thanks to years in high-stress healthcare roles. I have full availability and am happy to build a flexible schedule once my accelerated nursing program begins. I'm comfortable caring for up to five kids of all ages.
