About Ashley

Ashley was a pleasure to work with — kind, upbeat, and fun to be around. She brought a cheerful energy to our time together, and I genuinely enjoyed her company. That said, consistency was a challenge. Ashley had difficulty maintaining and completing scheduled shifts, often due to recurring childcare issues. As a senior who depends on a steady caregiving routine, I found it difficult to manage the unpredictability. Ashley has a kind, caring and warm personality, and I wish her well. Ultimately, I needed someone with more stable backup childcare and the ability to reliably fulfill assigned shifts.
