About Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley. I have over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages and a strong background in early childhood education. I'm currently finishing my degree in early elementary education, which has helped me develop skills in creating structured, engaging routines that support both learning and development. I have experience working with nonverbal children and children on the autism spectrum, and I'm very patient, calm, and attentive to each child's individual needs. I love being active with kids, outdoor play, parks, reading, and learning through play. I focus on creating a structured, positive environment where kids feel safe, engaged, and supported. I'm confident managing multiple children, helping with routines, and being a reliable, consistent presence for families. I truly enjoy building strong relationships with both kids and parents.
